Things I like to do.
Walk--I walked two half-marathons in 2005 and one on May 6, 2006.
Fred and I have decided to walk in a 10k race at South Bend, IN. The race finishes in Notre Dame Stadium which
Fred is looking forward to because he is a huge Notre Dame fan.
Nature walk/hike and camping are a few outdoor activities that I enjoy. Now that we have a new travel trailer we
hope to do more camping in the spring and fall. Fred enjoys birdwatching and I like identifying wildflowers so if you
will find us walking the woods...Fred is looking up for birds and I am looking down for flowers so we don't
miss much out there in the woods and see some very interesting things. Although there aren't any flowers in the
winter so I help him with spotting birds.
I love playing volleyball, I play volleyball on a Christian Ladies League.
Crochet, read and cook are a few less active things I like to do.
Important people in my life--past and present
My husband....who I've been married to for 27 years.
My son who is a know it all 22 year-old...and hopefully someday he will realize he doesn't know it all.
My mother, step-daughters and spouses, granddaughters, grandson and many other family members.
My father (whom I miss very much even though he passed away many years ago).
Church family who is always available in times of need, prayer and joy.
Internet friends and special email friends.
